We will discuss your requirements and desired outcomes at consultation stage, advising the best solutions for your chosen venue. We are experts when it comes to display, sound, lighting and staging for your event and we can manage and deploy the entire event if required including catering, security, supply of licensing and bars as well as cloakroom and reception staff, hosts and waiting staff. Other ‘hardware’ such as power generators, portable heaters, 4G Wi-fi and even USB charging stations for your guests have all been provided by VSL.
Event Management Certification
Our MD Gary Langlands has run and managed events for corporate, multi-national and public sector clients as well as for couples weddings, birthday parties, anniversaries, product launches and religious ceremonies. Time moves things on and we are proud to advise Gary has renewed his Event Management Diploma to ensure we are at the cutting edge.
Venue Transformers – Case Study
Following a tender process, we were asked by Scottish Enterprise to turn a warehouse currently being used as a huge engineering store, into a world class exhibition and conference venue for delegates and speaker from around the world.
