Hires and Event Management

You know that your event needs to be in safe hands as your reputation is important and we understand that very well at Vision Sound and Light.

You may want to simply hire a projector to make a special impact at a party or business event or you may want a bit more with a public address (PA) system or plasma display screens for that extra professional touch.

On the other hand, you may have a full blown event for hundreds or thousands of people to attend, which calls for full event management, supply rigging and de-rigging of a full stage set or outdoor event which may include event seating, crowd control barriers and the feeding of what seems like the five thousand!

Throughout Scotland, from our base in Tayside, delivered in conjunction with our network of experienced partners, Vision Sound and Light have the experience, know how and skills to ensure that your event goes to plan.

From the hire of a projector and screen or thirty networked PC’s to managing a garden party, Vision Sound and Light have the knowledge and expertise to deliver.

Ensure you request our advice or quotation for any indoor or outdoor event as part of your check list – don’t be disappointed, you only have one chance to impress.

Our Work

Vision Sound and Light are specialists in room transformation and recently were chosen by cancer charity Bare All for Brain Tumours to dress the largest room in Dundee at the Caird Hall.

Covering the room with black starcloth and installing two large venue projectors and 14 feet wide screens with plasma support screen throughout.

The 34 dinner tables were pin spot lit and the main sponsors colours washed the room. Full event directors control ensured all stage direction was achieved seamlessly allowing the client to relax and enjoy.

Bio Dundee Conference was held in Dundee’s Hilton Hotel and Vision Sound and Light transformed the Earl Grey Suite to a conference setting with staging, backdrop, lighting, projection and full audiovisual production running the entire event.
